Full Time; 10 Hours a week. Mon & Tues evenings, Saturdays 12-5pm. (Everyday; Football Coach, Cheer Coach, Team Parent, etc..)
Part Time; Volunteer when you can. (Game Day; Concession, Ticket taker, Security, Clean up, stats, video, etc..)
The coach is responsible for all aspects of directing the teams practice and play in games. Coaches will provide a quality youth activity for all participants, teaching basic sport fundamentals, while emphasizing sportsmanship and participation by all. Serve as a role model for good sportsmanship and provide a safe, fun, and comfortable environment that generate positive experiences for the participants. 3 days minimum a week commitment is a must.
Assistant Football Coach
The role of the Assistant Coach is to support the Head Coach in fulfilling the program’s goals and ensuring a positive learning experience for all participants. The Assistant Coach attends all practices and games and reports to the Head Coach. No experience required. 3 days minimum a week commitment is a must.
Cheer Coaches are responsible for training cheerleaders. Their duties include choosing new members, creating choreographies, organizing practice sessions, monitoring each cheerleader, recommending safe techniques, and supervising warm-ups. Head Coaches: 3 days minimum a week commitment is a must.
Communicates between organization, parents, and coaches for child needs. The Team Mom works out the details and duties with their Team’s Head Coach, based upon his requests and requirements. The basic duties usually include helping with the administrative/organizing for the team, which then allows the coach to concentrate on coaching duties. 3 days minimum a week commitment is a must.
Helps with cooking and serving food and beverages during game day. Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers. Proper cash handling including, greet and service guests at the registers, taking orders, and accepting payments. Replenish foods at serving stations, cooks and serves food to patrons, and cleans work area. Game Day Commitment.
Video & Photography
Performs pre- to post-production of photographs and/or video footage captured during sports events. Takes live fast-action photos/videos at all PYFFL events; photographs & video records individual athletes, game action, and fans. Edits videos and may create motion graphics to produce full game footage and highlights. Uploads photos and videos for easy retrieval; maintains a consistent digital asset management system. Provides fast turnaround of images for web, social media, and news media requests. Game Day Commitment.
Stat Takers/Score Keeper
Keeps a record of every kids statistics and game scores during games/season. Game Day Commitment.
Helps take payment at entry door during games. Game Day Commitment.
Maintains the chain and down markers during games. Game Day Commitment.
